China does not generally offer visa-on-arrival services, so participants should obtain the appropriate visa before traveling.

The congress secretariat cannot issue visas but can provide a visa invitation letter to support your application. Letters are issued through the online registration system and may require passport information such as full name, nationality, date of birth, and passport number. Visa invitation letters will be provided only after registration has been confirmed and full payment of the registration fee has been received. Letters will be delivered via email in PDF format. Please note that obtaining a visa remains the responsibility of each participant, and the secretariat cannot influence consular decisions or processing time.
