Each parallel session will feature multiple presentations. Please prepare your presentation in PowerPoint format. Please ensure that your PowerPoint slides for the oral presentation are formatted with a 16:9 aspect ratio.

Please remember to bring a backup copy of your presentation, either on a USB stick or saved to your email.

Plenary speakers will have 35 minutes to do their presentation and 5 minutes for discussion.

Keynote speakers will have 25 minutes to do their presentation and 5 minutes for discussion.

Invited lecturers will have 15 minutes to do their presentation and 5 minutes for discussion.

Oral presenters will have 12 minutes to do their presentation and 3 minutes for discussion.

All PowerPoint slides for presentations must be uploaded before the corresponding session begins. If you plan to include videos, please verify that they play correctly on the venue computers well ahead of time.

Technical support will be available in each room. Session chairs will introduce each speaker and may give you a warning when you have a few minutes left. Please be respectful of your fellow presenters and adhere to your allotted time. If a session chair asks you to conclude, please comply accordingly.

Young scientists will have 8 minutes to do their presentation and 2 minutes for discussion.

Session chairs will advise you when you have 1-minute left.

If the session chairs ask to wrap up, please be respectful and finalize your presentation in 30 seconds.

The evaluation panel will score the presentations based on the innovation of the reported work, its significance to the advancement of the discipline, and the presenter's delivery. Outstanding presenters will be selected and awarded the Young Scientist Award.

All presentations must be uploaded one day before to the Young Scientist Session.
