Title: Investigation of biomolecular interactions by affinity capillary electrophoresis

RNDr. Václav Kašička is the head of the Laboratory of Electromigration Methods at the Institute of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry of the Czech Academy of Sciences, Prague, since 1995. He is engaged in research and development of capillary electroseparation methods and their application for analysis and characterization of (bio)molecules. He is (co)author of more than 200 papers in impacted journals, 24 book chapters, and about 170 lectures at international symposia, with 4850/3841 citations with/without self-citations, h-index 39. He is associated editor of the Journal of Separation Science and the Journal of Separation Science Plus, member of editorial boards of international journals, e.g., Electrophoresis, Journal of Chromatography A, Current Analytical Chemistry, Current Chromatography, and Separations. He is member of permanent Scientific Committees of a series of International Symposia ITP YYYY and LACE YYYY. He chairs the Chromatography and Electrophoresis Group of the Czech Chemical Society.
