Title: SEC-UV-MALS: An Integrated Approach to Studying Self-Assembled Protein Disruption

Professor Marianne Fillet is a full professor at the University of Liège (ULiège) in Belgium, where she leads the Laboratory for the Analysis of Medicines (LAM) and manages the university's mass spectrometry platform. Her research focuses on developing advanced analytical tools for the discovery of biomarkers in human diseases and for quality control of (bio)pharmaceuticals. She is also interested in studying drug–target and protein–protein interactions under conditions that mimic the human body. Prof. Fillet teaches various courses in pharmaceutical and analytical sciences, particularly in mass spectrometry and drug analysis. She is a board member of the Belgian Academy of Medicine, the Belgian Society of Pharmaceutical Sciences and is actively involved in the Center for Interdisciplinary Research on Medicines (CIRM) at ULiège. She is a (co)author of more than 230 peer-reviewed papers (9640 citations; indice h=54; Google Scholar). She was chair/co-chair of several national or international congress, such as Drug Analysis/PBA 2014 and MSB 2022.
