Dr. Zhen Liu is Full Professor at Nanjing University and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry. He was awarded the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars in 2014. He is an associate editor of Analytical Methods and an advisory board member for a few journals such as Electrophoresis. He serves as associate directors of the Branch of Chromatography, Chinese Chemical Society, and the Branch of Nucleic Acids Analysis, China Association for Instrumental Analysis (CAIA). His research interests include biomimetic molecular recognition and its empowered biomedical applications such as disease diagnosis and cancer therapy. He has published 210+ peer-reviewed papers (h-index, 61). He was awarded some important awards, including the Science & Technology Award (First Class) by CAIA (2011, 2017), the Humanity in Science Award (Silver Recognition) by Phenomenex & Analytical Scientist (2016), and the Advances in Measurement Science Lectureship Award by American Chemical Society (2020).
