Title: Chemical Measurement Science: Enabling Precision and Innovation in Drug Analysis
Professor Yong Wang is the Program Director of Chemical Measurement Science (B04) in the Department of Chemical Sciences, National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). He earned a dual Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and Law and a Master’s degree in Applied Chemistry from Tianjin University, followed by a Doctoral degree from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore. He has taken the lead in a series of national key research programs, including the National Key R&D Program (Basic Research Category) and the Excellent Young Scientists Fund of NSFC. As the first or corresponding author, he has published more than ninety papers in renowned journals such as Nat.Protcls., Angew.Chem., Adv.Mater. and Anal.Chem. He also holds more than twenty filed/authorized national invention patents, and has contributed five chapters to English monographs published by Elsevier and Springer Press respectively.
