Title: Insight into the G‑Quadruplex Topologies: A Rapid Identification Method of RNA Multiple Coexisting Conformations by Capillary Zone Electrophoresis

Professor Zhang Xin-Xiang serves as PI at the College of Chemistry and the Analysis and Testing Center of Peking University. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Radiochemistry from the Department of Technical Physics, Peking University in 1985, and obtained his doctoral degree from the Department of Chemistry, Wuhan University in 1991. His main research interests include chromatographic analysis and capillary electrophoresis analysis . He has conducted research on highly sensitive analytical methods for abused drugs using capillary electrophoresis combined with immunoassay techniques, and simultaneously carried out studies on the interactions between small and macromolecules via affinity capillary electrophoresis. The application of capillary electrophoresis-mass spectrometry hyphenation technology based on novel labeling reagents for the analysis of protein glycosylation and nucleic acid modifications have been studied recent year.
