Title: Insights into retention and selectivity through quantitative assessment of retention mechanisms in hydrophilic interaction chromatography

Dr. Guo is Professor of Pharmaceutical Science and Chair of Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, Fairleigh Dickinson University (USA). Dr. Guo holds a Ph. D degree in Chemistry from the State University of New York at Buffalo as well as an MBA degree in Pharmaceutical Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.  As a founding faculty member, he has made significant contributions to the establishment and accreditation of the Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) program at FDU. Prior to his academic career, Dr. Guo spent almost 15 years developing both innovative and generic drugs in pharmaceutical industry and contributed to the development and regulatory approval of several innovative drugs. Dr. Guo’s research interest includes chromatographic theories, in-vitro drug release, drug stability and quality assessment.
