Title: Fine Analysis and Functional Evaluation of Complex Systems for the Food and Medicine Continuum using Multi-spectrum Technologies

Dr. Jian-Lin Wu is currently a professor at State Key Laboratory of Mechanism and Quality of Chinese Medicines (Macau University of Science and Technology). His research team established Problem Oriented Multi-omics Integrated analysis technology based on Mass Spectrometry (POMIMS) including Carboxylomics, Metabolic Flux, Microbiomics, Peptidomics, and Proteomics. On this basis, he has developed some original analysis methods and applied them in many fields of biomedicine, major in key technologies of Comprehensive Components Analyses of Complex Systems (CCACS) for “Food and Medicine Continuum”, functional evaluation as well as products development. So far, he has published over 160 SCI papers, such as Cell Res., Gastroenterology., Anal. Chem., J. Pharm. Anal., Food Hydrocoll., J. Agric. Food Chem. and so on.
